Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RingLead website and AI voice callback service ("Service") operated by RingLead AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a request form on our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RingLead provides an automated AI voice callback system for plumbing contractors. When a prospective customer submits a contact form on a participating contractor's website or landing page, RingLead's system initiates an AI-generated outbound phone call to that prospect, qualifies the service request, and books an appointment on the contractor's calendar.

The Service is intended for use by plumbing contractors and home service businesses operating in the United States. It is not intended for personal, consumer, or emergency use.

2. Consent to Receive Automated Calls

By submitting a contact form connected to RingLead, you expressly consent to receive one or more automated, AI-generated voice calls and/or SMS messages from RingLead or on behalf of the contractor whose ad you responded to. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Contractor Accounts — Founding Members

Plumbing contractors who sign up during RingLead's early-access ("Founding Member") period agree to the following:

• Founding Member pricing, once locked in, applies to your account for the life of your active subscription.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate availability in your connected scheduling system (Cal.com or integrated calendar).
• You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your RingLead account to a third party without written consent.
• Early-access features may change or be modified prior to general availability. We will communicate material changes with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, deceive, or defraud any person
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• Collect leads or initiate calls for services other than legitimate home services
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with any part of the Service or its infrastructure

5. No Emergency Services

RingLead is not a life-safety or emergency communication system. Do not use the Service to respond to emergencies. Always call 911 for life-threatening situations.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep RingLead operational at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by downtime or service interruptions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS OUTCOME.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RINGLEAD AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR MISSED BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
