RingLead ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website at ringlead.now and provides an AI-powered voice callback service for plumbing contractors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

When you submit the callback request form on our site, we collect:

• First name — used to personalize the AI voice call
• Business name — used to contextualize the conversation
• Phone number — used to initiate the callback call
• Lead source — the ad channel you came from (e.g. Google, Facebook, Angi)

We also automatically collect standard technical data when you visit our site: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is collected by our analytics providers (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Initiate an AI-powered outbound voice call to your phone number within seconds of form submission
• Qualify the nature of your plumbing job during the call
• Book an appointment on your behalf via our scheduling system
• Follow up via SMS if the call is not completed

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Consent to AI-Generated Calls

By submitting the form on our website, you expressly consent to receive an automated, AI-generated voice call from RingLead at the phone number you provided. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Standard carrier rates apply.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any SMS message from us, or contact us at the address in Section 7.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate RingLead. Each has its own privacy policy:

• ElevenLabs — AI voice generation and conversation management (elevenlabs.io/privacy)
• Twilio — Telephone call routing and delivery (twilio.com/privacy)
• Cal.com — Appointment scheduling (cal.com/privacy)
• Vercel — Website hosting and analytics (vercel.com/privacy)
• Microsoft Clarity — Session recording and heatmap analytics (privacy.microsoft.com)

Microsoft Clarity may record mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling behavior on our website. No personally identifiable information (name, phone, email) is captured by Clarity.

5. Data Retention

We retain form submission data (name, phone, business name) for up to 12 months for service delivery and quality review purposes. Call recordings, if any, are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of data processing (note: this will prevent us from delivering the callback service)
